This week I asked everybody to send me pictures of things that they miss doing at the moment and are looking forward to doing again when we all get back to normal.
Mrs Matthews misses going to her caravan in Cornwall with all of her family. Lots of us are going to be very happy when we can be with our whole family again.
I’m certainly missing Mr Whippy ice creams looking at that picture!
Mrs Back is missing having her grandchildren in her home.
Like many of us she misses having special times with friends.
And she is wondering when she’ll be able to go on an aeroplane again!
Miss Warren has been missing her family too, especially her nephew Jax. She did manage to spend some time at Saltram beach with him this week though, even if it was 2m apart!
She also wanted to give you an update on the plants that she has been growing. Can you guess what they are yet?
Mrs Chapple says that she misses planning for the holiday that she was due to go on with her family! She hasn’t been abroad for a few years, but she hopes to go next year instead. At least the weather is lovely here at the moment! She hopes that you are remembering to put on your suncream.
She is also missing going to Nandos and having a fino pita. Me too, Mrs Chapple!
This week though, she has been cooking food that puts Nandos to shame. Just look at her fried eggs, they are so happy!
Mrs Matthews misses seeing her family and friends and making lots of lovely memories.
Mr David is normally busy when he’s not at preschool. He is missing his scouting family.
His theatrical pursuits.
And all of his friends and family.
I’m missing the trips to London that Lola and I like to have. There are lots of things to see and do while we are there and we like to visit places and go to the theatre. However, to look on the bright side, I would usually be missing Stan and Lola now as they would both be back at university, so that’s a nice thing!
One thing that we all agree on at preschool is that we miss each other and we miss you!
(although I’m not sure that Mr David misses being squashed!)
I’m sure that you all have things that you miss doing, but remember that soon we will be able to do them again and they will seem even nicer and more special than they did before. We would love to see any photos of your favourite things to do, so please post them if you would like to.
Take care everyone. ❤️❤️❤️

Lovely photos of happy times. Missing people is definitely the hardest part but very true it will be more special once we can see people we care about again 🥰
Absolutely! We will really appreciate it. 🙂
