This week we have been busy getting messy. On Monday we had Christmas dancing footprints! Dancing to Christmas songs was extra fun! When we do dancing footprints it’s always nice too see the children cooperating and helping each other to paint their feet.
We have been reading the story of the Stickman this week. The children have enjoyed making stickman pictures of their own. Gluing on the sticks and cotton wool was quite fiddly, which was good practice for fine motor skills.
We made some Christmas crackers for our craft this week. They are fabulous, but you will have to do your own ‘bang’ when you pull them! 😂
A group of children made a snowman for our display board. They were very proud of what they had done.
Our visit to Greenacres was fun as usual!
Next Thursday is our Greenacres nativity. Don’t forget to send your child in Christmas clothes if they attend on this day!
