This week we have taken advantage of the dry weather to take groups of children over to Hartley Park for a scavenger hunt. The children really enjoyed finding and ticking off the natural things on their lists and also trying to catch the falling leaves. This provided an ideal opportunity to talk about the changes due to Autumn and all of the plants and animals that can be seen.

We have some information and dates that we would like to share with you.
We now have a box by our door so that you can bring things in to our donation station. Use your imagination with your donations-if you think that we can use something, we usually can! Things that we are always grateful for include nappy sacks, card, pasta, rice, flour and the like. All craft bits are bobs are very welcome.
Now the dates:
We will be having a parents evening for all children on Wednesday 15th November 4-6pm. There is a signing up sheet on the door so please put your name down for a 10 minute slot.
Our provisional date for our Christmas nativity is on the afternoon of Thursday 14th December. We are waiting for confirmation of this date with Emmanuel church and will give you all the details when we know for sure.
Our Christmas party will be on the morning of Friday 15th December, more information on this to follow soon.
Hopefully this will give you an idea of dates for your diary next half term as it always tends to be a busy time in the run up to Christmas!

Don’t forget that next week is the last before the half term break. We still have a couple of spaces available for holiday club on the Monday and Tuesday so speak to a member of staff if you would like one of these.

Have a lovely weekend everyone. Take care and see you next week! ❤️❤️❤️
