Sharon opened Compton Preschool in 1997 and continues to be the proprietor. Although Sharon has recently stepped down as Manager she is still involved in the preschool providing cover and support when needed.

Sam started in Early Years at 16 as an apprentice in a nursery. Sam has been at Compton Preschool since 2017 and holds a Level 5 lead practitioners qualification where she achieved a Distinction.
