As the weather has been mainly dry this week we have enjoyed playing outside. We do try to make use of our outdoor area even when it rains. The children often love the wet and the puddles, but us grown ups prefer the less soggy days! 🌂☀️
Inside we made some lovely sticky playdough.
We also carried on with our sorting activities, incorporating a lot of counting practice this week.
We did lots of different things this week.
Well done to our trophy winner this week!🏆
The children are beginning to get the hang of ‘take, play and put away’, although at the moment they need a bit of reminding! You may have heard your child talking about our pre-school ‘rules’, so here they are:
Be kind and gentle
Share our toys
Take, play and put away
Have fun!
Hope you agree that these are good things for us all to aim for!
This week I had a course on developing speech in the pre-school environment. As a staff we aim to participate in professional development opportunities every term.
Next week we will begin our celebration of Chinese New Year. If anyone has anything related to this that they would like to share that would be lovely!🐉
We hope you have a lovely weekend-take care everyone!❤️❤️❤️

Another great week! We loved the bear drawing
