This week we made some coloured ice for the children. They had so much fun with it and it was a good opportunity to talk about changes in state and changes over time which are early scientific concepts!

In keeping with our sea theme the children made fish this week. They were very sparkly with lots of gems and shiny gold paper.

Outside the children were making towers out of all sorts of objects and also balancing on the tyres, which was very tricky!

Lots of the children have been really keen to help out the adults lately. They love to help us to give out the snack.

Don’t forget that next Tuesday is our parents evening. We are looking forward to seeing you and having a chat.

This term is going so quickly. The children are practising hard for the leavers presentation which I’m sure will be really lovely. If you haven’t handed in the money yet for our party days during the last week of term, please could you do so asap-thank you!

We hope that you have a good weekend and are keeping our fingers crossed that the current changeable weather settles down again. Take care everybody, see you next week!
