This week we have had some Halloween and Bonfire Night activities and the children dressed up for a Halloween party and treasure hunt. The children made pumpkins and spiders out of playdough.
They made and decorated chocolate apple slices.
And created some sparkly firework pictures!
We also had a great time putting fruit in paint and rolling it down the slide. We then covered it in glitter to make it look like a big firework. We all love a messy activity!
We were busy!
We welcomed a new student this week. Hollie will be with us on Wednesdays and Thursdays and Iām sure that the children will enjoy spending time with her.
Don’t forget to sign up for Parents Evening (15th November). We’re looking forward to seeing you then. Don’t forget though that we have an open door policy and are happy to speak at any time to answer any questions you might have or discuss any concerns (or just to have a chat!)
Our Nativity has been confirmed at Emmanuel church on the afternoon of Thursday 14th December. More details about this will be posted on Tapestry soon.
This week we had two bits of amazing news. Sam Matthews has completed her Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Course with a distinction and April Smout has also passed her course: TQUK Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Workforce Early Years Educator. You wouldn’t believe the amount of hard work that both of them have put in and we are really proud of them. ššš
Hope you have a lovely weekend. Stay safe if you’re going to watch some fireworks and see you next week. ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø
