Cooking

This week we have made some Halloween pumpkin biscuits. The children find cooking really exciting and enjoy measuring out the ingredients, which is good for reinforcing mathematical concepts of more and less and number.

We have also been continuing our Autumn craft activities. The children made leaf wreaths with fallen leaves that they collected.

We have had a lovely week!

If you have yet to do so, please sign up for a parents evening slot, the list is on the door. We will be handing out your children’s summative reports after half term.

Next week is half term so hopefully this will be an opportunity for us all to have a rest and for the children to have a respite from all of the bugs that have been doing the rounds.
